Managing DirectorReza Shahrivar
Reza Shahrivar Managing Director
Reza Shahrivar is a Chartered Engineer with over 22 years of experience in Integrity Management, Inspection, Corrosion and project management. Reza has experience of working at Bureau Veritas, Lloyd’s Register, Oceaneering, McDermott and LifeTech Engineering with some of the major oil and gas operators including BP, TOTAL, CHEVRON, REPSOL, APACHE, ADNOC and OOC in Europe, Middle East, Far East, Africa and South America. Reza has led a team of multidiscipline engineers in developing 3 software packages in Risk Based Inspection (RBI), Fitness for Service (FFS) and Ageing and Life Extension. He has a degree in Chemical Engineering and MSc in Materials & Corrosion and is a PhD candidate at University of Aberdeen.

Simone Hess Finance Director
Simone Hess is an experienced accountant with over 20 years’ experience in the UK and overseas. Simone has a degree in Social Science and HNC in Mechanical Engineering. She has been served in several management positions. Simone has been with LifeTech Engineering since it first started in 2012. Apart from her professional careers, Simone is in charge of a charity in Aberdeen, UK.
Business Development ManagerKeith Walton
Keith Walton Business Development Manager
Keith has worked in the North Sea oil & gas industry for over 25 years and has experience of general management, operations management, sales & marketing and business development. He is well versed in the principals of integrity engineering, RBI, FFS and Life Extension Programmes. He has worked with oil majors and associated support companies such as BP, ConocoPhillips, Nexen, Shell, Subsea7, Total and Wood.
