Overview:
BP has been operating in the North Sea for more than 50 years and they plan to be there for many decades to come.
Due to ageing assets, they implement FFS on their equipment.
They requested LifeTech Engineering to provide a Fitness for Service (FFS) training course for their mechanical, corrosion and integrity teams.
What we did:
We provided a 4-day Fitness for Service training courses for them in Aberdeen, UK including all parts of API 579 level 1 and 2. Apart from BP, some other delegates from other companies participated in the training course.
We provided two experienced trainers to provide the training course. The trainers were highly experienced in FFS, integrity and stress analysis.
We received very good feedback from the delegates.
