Project Overview:
McDermott and Baker Hughes were awarded a substantial engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI) SURF contract including subsea umbilicals, risers and flowlines (SURF) and subsea production system (SPS) equipment by BP for the Greater Tortue Ahmeyim natural gas project, located offshore Mauritania and Senegal.
McDermott as EPCI contractor hired LifeTech Engineering to establish integrity management on the pipelines.
What we did:
LifeTech Engineering was involved in establishing integrity management of the subsea pipelines, risers, structures and hardware and control systems including Subsea System Integrity Management Strategy, Integrity Management Plans and Written Scheme of Examinations (WSE’s) and managing Vent Gas Monitoring System tender.
