Yes, the hierarchy in RBLX is as follows Facility, Unit, System, Equipment, and Component.

The equipment covered includes pressure systems (Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, piping, etc), Atmospheric Storage Tanks, Pressure Relief Devices (PRDs), Pipelines both subsea and land-based and also a bespoke module which can be used for any non-standard or non-pressurized item.

All types of components including dead legs, valves, inline instruments, etc. can be assessed in RBLX.
