In API 581 and RBLX, Damage Mechanism factors will be calculated for each Damage Mechanism category such as thinning, external damage, cracking, etc.
Based on the calculated damage mechanism factors, the probability of failure will be calculated and will combine with Area COF and financial COF including Environment COF.
The combination of POF and COF will provide two types of risks: Area Risk and Financial Risk.
